Special Notes
The House is self-catering. Upon arrival you will find it clean and the beds made. Towels and bed sheets are available for changes every three days.

For third or fourth person there are convertible chairs in the living area to be made into beds. (70cm x 210cm) made by Bo Concept.


If guests are staying for two or more weeks we need to clean the house, at least once, in the middle of that period but this is charged extra for 50,00 Euros.

For stays of seven nights or longer there is a 10% discount.
Discount applies from the 6th night.

Payment
To confirm your reservation, 50% of the total cost of your stay must be deposited in advance.
The remaining 50% balance is payable upon arrival.

Cancellation procedure:
30 days prior to your arrival with no charge.
From 30 to 1 day prior to your arrival the deposit will be held.
Departure prior to programmed date will result in full payment of your stay.
