TO SPITI is located in the center of the Old Town footsteps away from the Square of Saint Nicholas of Splanzia. Directly in front of the Square passes Daskalogianni Street, a main one-way street which leads from crossroad of Eleftheriou Venizelou Ave and Nikiforou Fokas Street straight to the Venetian Harbor in the area of Akti Enoseos.

From Daskalogianni Street there are two alternative routes to reach TO SPITI:

1st Route
Follow Daskalogianni Street and just as you reach Splanzia Square, turn right and drive around the square passing directly in front of the church of Saint Nicholas. Immediately before the café named “Platanos”, turn right and park. In front of the “Philoptoho Sissitio” (Φιλόπτωχο Συσσίτιο) is the beginning of Drakontopoulon Street. Follow this small street and on the first turning on the left, at number 18, you will find The House.

2nd Route
Follow Daskalogianni Street and continue, passing the square of Saint Nicholas on your right. At the next intersection turn right into Sifaka Street. Park wherever possible. The first pathway on the right-at first wide and then begins to narrow- is Drakontopoulon Street. The house is at number 18.

From the Airport
The airport of Chania is about 12 km from the town of Chania. From the airport follow the signs towards Chania. Upon entering the town, follow Eleftheriou Venizelou Avenue for about 1 km. You will pass in front of the National Stadium of Chania on your left. At the end of Eleftheriou Venizelou Avenue you will find stop lights. On your left hand side there will be a branch office of Eurobank. At this point you should turn right into Daskalogianni Street passing the High School on your left.

From the Port of Souda
The port of Souda is about 5 km from the center of Chania. Follow the signs towards the center which will lead you to Herakliou Avenue. Avoid taking the National Highway. After driving for about 4 km on Herakliou Avenue, you will have reached the city of Chania and will find yourself on Nearchou Street which eventually becomes Tzanakaki Street. At the end of Tzanakaki Street are stop lights. On your right hand side there is a branch of the Greek National Bank. At this point turn right and move into the farthest left hand lane. You will pass in front of the Local Market Building. Pass the next stop lights at a major intersection and at the following stop lights turn left into Daskalogianni Street passing the High School on your left.
